The North Tyne Valley is home to vast grazing lands producing fine meats that are available locally: choose from our village butcher or travel to the fringe of town for organic produce, look around for local preserves on sale: including Tarset marmalade and the regions finest honey, home baking, fresh cakes, and also mouth wateringly good confectionary.

Of course some of these supplys are available in the shops- but for some keep an eye out for our own Farmers Market where the choice is even wider!
